This is the cell I built to mate the tube the EQ mount. It consistes of two rings of surplus material from when I cut the tube to length in the begining. These rings where from the flared section that is used to join two lengths tubing. they are held apart at the spacing of the support pads on the mount and are locked to the tube by curved clamping bars on the inside of the tube. In this photo you can also see the truss members.
